KSI guarantees your installation three ways:

First, the KSI installation warranty covers the carpentry workmanship for as long as you own your home. This means if anything we install fails due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free.

 

Second, we completely warrant all of the products we sell and install. If any item-right down to the individual fasteners-fails to function properly within the first two years, we will replace or repair it free, regardless of the manufacturer's limited warranty.

 

Finally, we guarantee we'll repair or replace any cabinets that fail due to their manufacturer's defect during their entire warranty period (typically five to ten years).

 

This installation warranty is non-transferrable and limited to the purchaser who signed the original installation contract. It does not cover abuse, neglect, improper use of cleaning products, or normal wear and tear.
